Believe it or not, I actually enjoy the vibe of your current Instagram content a lot. If everyone goes on the same trips with brands and posts the same 'perfect' posy pictures, it gets boring really quickly. Your pictures always feel more substantial 🙂

A kids Christmas gift guide would be great, especially for someone like me who doesn’t have kids but this year is the first year friends and family have children and I would like to buy for them (but I have this odd fear of over stepping boundaries with what I buy for them as I don’t want to get them something their parents wanted to as it’s their first Christmas)

Agreed! I would love to see a guide for your mom and dad. My mom passed away in September from lung cancer and she always with picking out gifts for my dad.
I'm so sorry for your loss. If it helps at when buying presents for my dad (his birthday is in Nov so I buy xmas and bday in one and divide them between the two) we have a list in apple notes as they allow you to have more than one editor(?) and so he can put what he would like and I can see them, but he also knows I won't get everything on the list they are just suggestions. This has worked really well for the last couple of years, especially as he's now got into adding links which makes it even easier for me to know what he's on about. Alt, you could use amazon wish lists as they can also be set to sharing. Best of luck!
How come your videos are less ‘produced’ now? Eg. less lighting, plainer background etc. Was it a conscious decision or is it just because you’re not fussed anymore? I actually really like it! X
I found your channel around the time of the boyfriend tag and you´re one of the only people from that time that I still watch. You come across as someone who is genuine. There´s no drama, they are no scandals, it´s refreshing to see someone grow and not give up on their standards or morals. I´ve loved seeing your family expand throughout the years and I hope we can continue to have glimpses for a while!

It would be great to see a children’s gift guide with more ‘old fashioned’ or classic wooden baby and children’s toys or activities. So many baby items are just plastic now so it’s really hard to find unique gifts. Love the video 😃
That's so true, all the plastic just gets thrown away too. There's loads of nice pieces on etsy though

Watching a bit late since I wanted to ferl like I was caught up on the main life events in the lead up to vlogmas and its so lovely to see that you're as lovely, independent, mature and confident as ever.
I actually like that your channel/Instagram/social media isn't "picture perfect" filed with moments that majority of us can't really relate to. I love to see new videos and pictures, but when you come to your stories and share that you have been too busy to make something for you SM i understand and i know how you feel. Just wanted to share that :) i love you and your lovely family
I would say that babies and their temperaments are so different and for some parents it really is difficult to travel with even one baby. Some can happily sit for tens of minutes, some won't be happy even if you try to be the funniest clown on earth. Some sleep through the night at six months, some at two years. You never know what cards you will get dealt.
Agnese Šulte my baby she’s 6 now she slept through the night at 6 weeks old. I was super blessed.

Dont stop creating videos! It’s so refreshing to see someone who is stable, not involved in the drama, down to earth and authentic. I’ve followed the beauty community since like 2011 and I hate where it’s gone. I don’t even watch the “biggest youtubers” like Jeffree Star and everybody. They’re just business people that like makeup.

Such a great chat! Who you are is why I watch--you are grounded in your values, super smart, hilarious, and have great taste too. A few years ago I had to transition from working in fisheries to working in the city, and needed some mega fashion/makeup help. You were that person. :) Now we also have babies the same age and I admire you even more for how you protect your daughter (even though I get way too excited whenever you mention her or show just the teensiest bit of her). I totally get the challenge of returning to work with a little one--I have too but I'm still figuring out how to maintain the standards I am happy with while putting my baby girl first. And my marriage. And making sure the dogs are walked. Anyway, go for the haircut now! It is going to frame your face soooooooo good! And it'll still be plenty long for River to yank on . :)
