This is for photoshop, I gotcha bruh -------------------------------------------------- Okey okay go to the bottom right corner and find the layers, under the layers you will see a a button that says FX!! Click that and you will see a bunch of things, press outer glow. Make sure you are doing this on your lineart layer. You can adjust the outer glow however you please! YOU GOT THIS
