Thank you my dear I am appearing in my matter in personbefore Civil Court JD from the year January 2011 My matter is important which I was not aware depth of my matter for several years while filling suit but I was denied justice and I had a knowledge and after some time means sixteen years I got the reason that this matter is lot of matters which are happened before six years of filing first suit by me but those wrong doers had a high hand and they had made lot of arrangement on money power and appointed Judging at appropriate place and their relatives who are Advocates are appearing in my matters and they appearing by disregarding the provisions of laws and their Vakilpatra is invalid from the beginning but Judges and COURT machineryare supporting them Those people are ply game below level and on money power they lot of things for not to disclose their trust and weaknesses on the suits Upto High Court they had managed but now all judgements are vitiated as per law's but I can explain this to Court but lot of wrong is going in the court Advocates and wrong doers are not allowing to exhibit document because several parties directly indirectly will one in trouble and they may be prosecuted in which defendant advocate's are also involved All Judges helped him from last elevan years and some advocates are also helping them am not Advocate so they are taking it's disadvantage So please do the needful if you can or any body can who have knowledge My contact number is 94239 22267 Now CJI is changed so situation may change Is there any remedy so we will be given respectful treatment like advocate's because Judges are favouring them and acting bias because they get promotion and bribe Court machinery is with them because of mono power

Give some suggestions about this point if one person has done LLB from local law college then he is not able to practice in high court even if he gain experience of 5 years in lower courts ????

it's always better late than never.. and in legal field it's never too late.. even seniority in litigation is always preferable.. if u do llb from a good inst with good marks and start internship in a district court then u can anytym reach supreme court.. all u need is patience and passion...
