After months in the shop, the Airstream Interstate Van is ready to pick up. We're sending it all of the good vibes and setting off on a camping trip in the Florida summer heat in Orlando, Florida. Welcome to the 2 boy club!
Good to see you all back out on the road! Irma and I finally did it, we are fulltime RV's now. You asked if folks would come to Florida in the summer for camping, well, it has been our first destination in our fulltime life, it was driven by two things: I had to be down here for work last week and next week we are going to MAC to get the ceramic coating put on our 2024 Flying Cloud 30FB Office. As I type this we are at Magnolia Park Campground.
How do I like it? HOT! I am very thankful our Airstream has really good AC, While I would love to setup outside to work, not down here right now, thanks but no thanks!
We are coming down to Tampa for a few days. Do you have any recommendations for good beaches and/or good places to eat that won't break the bank?

In your travels, have you found other AS Interstate vloggers that report fewer problems with their's?
I'm interested in getting an Interstate, but your "adventurers" make me wonder if a Gretch might be a more reliable travel van.

Congrats on getting the van back AND camping! I have to ask... was that some foreshadowing from Daniel about next year's challenge?? with all that swimming and cycling he's included along with his running? I know of ONE sport that requires all three!! Just asking... Safe Travels and Happy Training!

Dash’s hair needs to move from the “baby” stage to the “little boy” stage with a real haircut.
