I've also managed to be there in the past with no traffic although with the frequency by both railroads that's definitely bad luck - work window or the like - rather than a default.
Been there since the 1960s. The arch bridge belongs to CP and the deck bridge to CN, but there isa mutual agreement today, that eastbounds use the lower track, while westbounds use the upper, so as to give both railways the best possible corridor. The bridges are easily photographed from the Trans-Canade Highway.
For someone who appreciates nature, trains, and drone photography, that was stunning! Great job. The more I watch it, the more surreal it seems. Did you know the second train was coming?
The DJI Mini 3 pro. It is a stunningly capable drone for its easily transportable size. I should note that while this UA-cam is only 1024/HD, the original footage is 4K which is seriously impressive. I only made this one as an experiment and likely will do a 4K one in future. Also there's no editing in this, aside from music added. It is one continuous flight. The flying errors/indecision on my part are pretty obvious when you look. I was fairly new to the drone when I took this.
@@cprail1753 Yes i agree this drone and video is stunning. I have dabbled in railway drone photography using an Inspire, but as there are no trains anywhere nearby, don't get much practice. I like the part that the Mini's can fly almost anywhere.
Agreed. I actually own a DJI Phantom II, or maybe it's a III, so while neither of those or even the Mini 3 are likely anywhere as capable as the Inspire, like you may with the Inspire I found transporting that Phantom to be an effort so that I just didn't bring it places on a whim whereas the Mini 3 at 249g is so small it just slips into luggage like an extra shoe. And no matter how good the drone is, if it isn't with you, the video isn't either. I have a similar challenge with my Canon 5D Mark IV versus the Pixel 7 (relatively simple) phone. The 5D takes amazing footage and pictures, but if it isn't on the trip with me, it doesn't matter.
I see CN is still running the infamous Hunter Harrison, 3+ mile long “super trains” with as few engines as possible and damn the consequences if one of them fails. 🙄
Another superb vid spoilt by the 'music' sound effects. Guys, Mr Producer, people come to see AND hear this content. No more musical sound effects... please. The wind, the horns, the diesel engines, the train sounds.... yes.
Has to be one of the most picturesque train scenes ever.
That bridge sequence was without a doubt the most spectacular and wonderous This old railroader has ever seen . Literally brought me to tears .
fabulous video!
THIS TWO TRAINS SEEMS NEVER HAVE AN END.I'VE NEVER SEEN THAT,SO MANY WAGONS OH..WAUUU!!
Beautiful drone footage, thank you.

What a view| It can only be enjoyed with the use of a Drone. Very nice.
Beautifully Done ! My new favorite Railroad Video!
Beautiful, beautiful!👍👍 Perfect timing and flawlessly executed😃
wow what a great film. thanks. happy hols.
Excellent video, I was there in 2012 but no train! Very low water in the Fraser.
I've also managed to be there in the past with no traffic although with the frequency by both railroads that's definitely bad luck - work window or the like - rather than a default.
That's amazing footage!!! Congrats on a job very well done!! ❤
A fantastic train video.
THIS IS A REALLY FANTASTIC VIEW !
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing!

Nice that CN & CP can share the tracks and make it a double track section.
Great Video! Well done.

I was wondering why both trains had CN power. Thanks.
Amazing !!
Thumbs up!
YES !!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Fantastic, we don't have any trains on Crete. Great photography
For someone who appreciates nature, trains, and drone photography, that was stunning! Great job. The more I watch it, the more surreal it seems.
Did you know the second train was coming?
Not per se. It is a reasonably busy area but just luck that two were well timed. Glad you enjoyed it. It is s spectacular area.
Awesome, knowing this schedule is nice. We never know when the trains are coming. We love our train videos in Clemson SC, Go Tigers! Keep it up
FANTÁSTICO.
Spectacular.
CN trains on both lines! (CP in the foreground, CN arch in the back)
The right place at the right time, been there with my videos.
The engineers don't wave from the trains anymore, not like they did back in 1954,still get a tear in my eye when I hear an old train in the night.
Depends where you are, of course, but in the inland areas of BC they're pretty consistently friendly.
Novo no canal, louco por Trens! Gustavo - Brasil - Maceió-AL!💯💢💯 TOP!
Both trains are insanely long....
Дуже вражаюче відео!
Nice video...
Can I use some part of this video in my train compilation video credit to you in video will be given
Certainly
Imagine if everyone would be minding his /her own business like these trains.. owesome
OH CANADA! Go BIG, or GO HOME…eh?🍺🇨🇦
Especially when one of the trains turns out with a Via Rail Canada train on the way to Vancouver.
Very well done. What drone are you using ?

video yang sangat bagus.. salam dari Indonesian RaiLFans..
last time i was here was in 1984.
Ouaaa esse trem tem que entrar pro Guiness Book 😲😲😲😲😲😲
It's too bad "Virtual Railfan" can't get a camera set up in this area.
Yes, their Revelstoke cam catches pretty well anything one will see go past this area but misses the beautiful expanse of the area.
I see CN is still running the infamous Hunter Harrison, 3+ mile long “super trains” with as few engines as possible and damn the consequences if one of them fails. 🙄
Where is Gomez Addams when you need him?
Would have been better with no music
All you would hear is the sound of the drone, which would be crap
Another superb vid spoilt by the 'music' sound effects. Guys, Mr Producer, people come to see AND hear this content. No more musical sound effects... please. The wind, the horns, the diesel engines, the train sounds.... yes.
Drones can't record sounds as they themselves are so noisy so anything you hear is fake and dubbed in.
Great video well done!
