    Why Ca+ is unable to interact with target proteins solely & calmodulin can !?!?!
    Please give me the link for part 4 of this series I didn't find that.

      This is the series of GPCR, so there is no 4th part of calmoduline pathway. so i would like to clear your doubt regarding the above question.
      1.Ca+ binding is influenced by target cells demands.
      2.if target cells need Ca+ for working purpose, then only Ca+ will reach to the surrounding of target cells.
      3.but some target cells are incapable to bind individually with Ca+ due to some reason.so in that case they need a helper,who can bring calcium for that target cells, and this helper is termed as calmoduline.
      4.now with the help of calmoduline,this target cells is going to fulfill their need of Ca+.
