I've heard a lot of contradicting reasons behind "cupping", in my experience the cupping seems to occur with poor draining/over watered soil. Peperomia and alocasia are jungle plants and, atleast for me, do best in an aroid soil mix. I would add bark, size 4 perlite, or both to your mix for better aeration.
As far as humidity, I would seriously consider buying a larger humidifier (like aircare brand). You could put it in a caged ottoman or behind a few plants if the aesthetic bothers you. If you have good humidity outside of your greenhouse you shouldn't have issues in your greenhouse.
    Hope your plants bounce back!

You have your Alocasias in leca balls, so do you use a liquid fertilizer for leca-grown plants? They are quite hungry plants, and a plant we have in Japan are the Colocasia esculenta for their edible potatoes and they are planted in Summer when it is humid, moist and warm. So I'd say that because the Colocasia esculenta and Alocasias are related they just need patience as well and from Summer you'll get new growth🤲💖I enjoyed watching🤲💞

Yes I use a liquid fertilizer while watering! There will be an updated video soon as they have pushed out a good amount of growth!
