Sir in hypertrophy work load is increasin g so why in its mechanism its decreasing (after activation of transcription factors then induction of embryonic genes then workload decreasing)?? Its mechanism of hypertrophy naw not its antagonist

Or its answer is that workload is decreasing excessively n all the factors which are aiding in mechanical performance in excess as compared to demand so mechanical performance is increasing n hypertrophy is occuring due to stress on cell..am i right?
