That's a good looking pupper! We looked at these and they were a little expensive. We just ended up using GPS without containment for camping.

Yeah, definitely agree they're on the pricey side. I will say that by the time we installed our Invisible Fence physical fence and controller, we were at about $600. Then we moved 7 years later and had to pay to install a whole new system. We reused the collar but we were probably $12-1300 into that physical fence and it still only worked at home.
So, I guess I see where their pricing is coming from considering you could have unlimited fences and if you moved, you don't have to do anything but retrain your pup. If it was like $499 though, I'd say absolute no-brainer.
And thanks on the pup! Originally, my wife and kids wanted her and then once we got her, I fell in love and now she's literally my dog and sleeps curled up to me every night. She's the best, haha.

Would you like to have that around your neck? That cannot be comfortable!

It’s definitely more comfortable than the old collar (physical electrical fence collar with the prongs). She doesn’t even notice when it’s on really.

Not for my dog child. I'd never shock my dog, and that looks like it would mash down too much hair. He stays very close to me, not his choice. He has a large fenced area, but cougars, bears, and other things roam through on my trails, so he doesn't get out of my sight no matter where we are these days. This breed isn't afraid of anything which can be bad. Under proper circumstances, the collar could be useful, I didn't know they made such smart collars, so I learned something.

@@WildcatPhoto Yeah, definitely prefer this to the old shock collar and only use the sound element of it which is much preferred. The gps tracking feature of it is my favorite part just in case she ever got out. It notifies and then lets you track the baby so you can find her again, 😀.
