The cop doesn't have to know much about cars. Their priority is to know the law and pick one to apply so that they can write a citation. If the owner happens to admit their car has a modified exhaust, then the ocifer doesn't have to prove anything because the driver admitted guilt. Ultimately, in court, it's unfortunately the cops word against yours, and we all know who the judge sides with.
I live in California and I don’t get stopped because I lowered my ride. I mostly get stopped because it reminds them when they were young with there Hondas and car meets. That officer needs to get himself a civic or an accord . Possibly a wagon and then he’ll know how wonderful it is. ❤❤❤❤

Depending on what state you're from, each law is different. In some places, the lowest part of the vehicle can't be lower than the lowest part of the wheel.

1. He never measured how low the car was. The best rule of thumb is if you take a soda can on its side and rolled it underneath the car then your car is with in state law if it can’t then it’s to low if I remember correctly. It’s been a little bit since I was told that my car was to low.

Crest is longer and carries more speed. Mulholland roads are tighter and slower. The c8 would like the crest more, imo..
