Gucci sacrificed to work far but didn't hesitant to drive back home to be with his wife and family. A sacrifice little known these days. People get a divorce for something simple as wrong colors on the bed today. No respect nor importance for marriage today. The nicest of society today is superficial than lasting. Thing is, back then it was about practical quality as mentioned in the video, they just didn't care how much they spent to get it. Having the expensive high quality gear became a symbol of status. It's more of a thing nowadays where you see people clamoring just to wear the logo regardless of practicality, as if it makes them something more than they are.
