Nebulossa won Spain's national selection show Benidorm Fest with their song Zorra, and will represent Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö.

She sings about how if women do something that is seen as "different" they are called that, so they feel trapped. But she "adopts" that name and uses it to become more empowered and turn into a "viral zorra". So basically, women being able to do whatever they want without being called that.

For those who don't know what this means, Manuela Trasobares is a Spanish artist, musician, and transgender activist who many years ago went to a Tv show and in a moment of outrage, burst out in anger shouting and very outspokenly complaining about how trans people were so poorly treated, made fun of, and just the laughing stock of everyone. She started throwing out on the floor everything she could find on her table and she shouted to one of her peers: "Tira la copa, tírala!!". Which means: "throw the glass, throw it!!!" encouraging them to do the same and actually making themselves visible from the discrimination they were going through.
It was truly an amazing moment and it has aged well throughout the years, because over time it has become clear how much they've had to put up with and continue to put up with today. Nebulossa in her video does the same thing in the hopes of honoring her legacy and making it even more visible.

Me gusta como piensas. Sus vocals en directo me dan algo de panico. Pero si se eligió llevar esto por mensaje y por pedazo de cancion (lo que no se pudo llevar con ay mama) me parece fenomeno. Irónicamente, lo que dice la canción es lo que le pasó a Chanel. La llamaron de todo por su culo, la acusaron de incitar a la prostitución injustamente. "Cuando consiguió lo que quería" (ir a Eurovisión), "jamás era porque lo merecía" (sino por tongo), "y aunque se comiera el mundo" (quedando tercera, y de no ser por la guerra, segunda o incluso ganar), muchos siguieron sin "valorarlo ni un segundo".😊
Lo siento muchísimo por ella. Los de siempre se dedican a descalificar y a degradar a la mujer y, peor aún, se creen guardianes del bien y noseque orden y concierto. Machistas y trogloditas.
Toda la razón y es que Chanel fue un auténtico espectáculo. Yo no veía eurovisión hasta que salió Chanel. Se metían con ella hasta la saciedad. Imperdonable.
El espectáculo visual y coreografico de Chanel no tiene nada que ver con esto. A parte, la voz de Chanel, que es impresionante, pues cantar y bailar de esa manera a la vez, está al alcance de muy pocas interpretes. Sólo las más top pueden hacerlo.
Y que conste que ni suelo ver Eurovisión ni me gusta el reguetón, más bien todo lo contrario, pero sí que se mereció ganar comparado con otros temas e interpretes de otros países. Es mi opinión, claro.
Con respecto a la letra de esta canción, "Zorra", está bien, pero no se oye apenas dada la poca voz y volumen de la interprete. La coreografía tampoco es muy buena. Sólo intenta llamar la atención imitando a "Queen" en "I want to break free", pero con un estilo electropop ochentero decadente.
Por lo demás, mucha suerte y que ojalá ganen. Me alegraría mucho.
