This isn't just the latter part of Alphy's theme- it's the latter part of Alphys's theme played in the same key as Battle Against a True Hero- F minor. I have no idea if that was Toby's intention or just a big coincidence, but it's notable. In fact, If you place the melody here of She's Playing Piano, i.e Alphys's Theme, over the chords of the final section of Battle Against a True Hero, it fits pretty much perfectly.
My guess is that he composes it at one speed, realizes it fits the game better at another speed and edits it in-game to fit that. But I don't understand why he doesn't release the in-game versions of the songs
