Why was this not a pop music smash? I have my idea. It's about waking one day and realizing that your age is 40+, 50+, 60+. Pop music is focused on the young. So, you're out of the picture. But, that is fine. More life is ahead. Some more adventures are coming at you. Thank you, Eurythmics! This is an anthem for us survivors!

I used to have some of the eurythmics albums, but they got damage some years ago. I was glad the C.D. of there greatest hits came. I wished they would bring out a DVD of there video hits. Glad to have a reply.

This was such an awesome comeback song. Annie and Dave should really do one final kickass album!! And - if it should ever happen - please make it in this style, i.e. synthpop. The Pet Shop Boys have shown that one can still do classy and intelligent groovy synth pop without sounding embarrassing, despite being 60+.

Best band ever :-) I have all their albums and love their music-videos. Dave Stewart left her in 1989 for one of the Shakespears sisters, and his career thereafter haven been exactly a hit. Annie Lennox and Dave Stewart are best together, and maybe a new muscial collaboration isn´t so far away as people might think ;-)
Annie doesn't need Dave Stewart she has became a successful solo artist which she would have been earlier if she met him or not... But yeah I don't see his popularity rising since the Eurythmics, infact he has gone down hill no matter who he works with. She was always going to be famous and she is happy now ❤️

Annie was married to Uri 1988 to 2000. The Shakespeare sisters were a music group that had Dave's first wife in it.
