You must be born again! We must not mislead to believe that God condones sin because He doesn't! We weren't created for sin. God loves the person and not the sinful act/behavior. There would not have been any need for Jesus Christ to redeem mankind if sin was excusable. Therefore, if you're Born Again, you are a new creature in Christ Jesus and have crucified your flesh with it's cravings and passions. My Lord! Sanctification is a process. How long that process takes is between you and your Savior. But Christians, Followers of Christ are or should be delivered from the habitual practices of sin. That's why it's imperative to teach/preach The Truth according to the Word of God (rightly divided) so disciples can be made (not cloned or robotic). No man-made doctrines or opinions! God infallible Word is truth. We need to stop dummying it down. Whatever lifestyle you are accustomed to,when you repent, you don't keep wallowing and revisiting it. No, we're not overnight wonders as far as deliverance is concerned, but we should at least have a heart that wants to do what's right in God's eyes. Roman's 12:1-2; Galatians 2:20. Remember the lake of fire is real and not a metaphor, so is Heaven and Hell; therefore, choose life that you may live according to Father God's plan, purpose and will for your life. There's no condemnation to those that are IN Christ Jesus! Oh how He loves us! AMEN ❤
