Peter, please consider doing a call out for funds to purchase the boat shed outright. That way you would be the "sole" owner.Same as you did for the new engine for Geordie. I am sure there are a lot of people that would help. cheers John
Well that was one hell of a teasing closing shot Peter, great work on the sole repairs and recover it will look utterly fantastic when its all down. Agree about an embellishment on the name, because its a lovely script and its not really jumping off the transom the way it should for full effect
Peter, I consider you a soul-mate : I love Series Land Rovers, I love tinkering on all sort of things, … now I am on holiday in BC and I can almost feel/touch your show !! Greetz Johan Belgium
Very nice of you to give a t-shirt to both viewers. I wear mine with stylish pride: I'm pretty 'sole'd on the fashion. I love it love it love it. Cheers!
Peter, I hate to whine but,,,, We in this house started watching you as crew mates traveling through the inter coastal of B.C. This is the second summer with no cruising. Even if it out the front window listening to the engine running and the coast going by. Well but there were also the small towns with prawn and beer. Oh please Peter, Mark
Ahhhhh...!! that vinyl lettering ain't got no 'soul'!! ...compared to a NICE hand lettered, gold-leafed name! Another Great episode!! Keep 'em comin!! CHEERS!
There’s always plenty of sole in your weekly episode Peter. Cheers to you all🍻 ps I’m surprised you didn’t use a flush router trimmer with a bearing on to finish the planking off. Cheap and effective.
Keep the shed, the 3 boats need it, or should I say, you need it to keep them going. I know I wish I had a shed last week, painting in the beating sun baked me good. The week before that I had fiberglass work to do,,,,, no roof,,,, bummer.
I am all for safety gear and precautions, the only exception is acetone. I'll shower in the damn thing, sniff it, touch it, drink it, roll around in it. Acetone will give you a headache and might make you grow a third arm, but i don't care at this point, i'm too far gone.
I believe "sole" is not standing solely as the word used more than once. However, I'm getting tired of making "sole"-puns. Guess the importance of a boat's sole is emphasized By the frequency that word's been utilized As a Word-of-the-Week.
Wow! What a difference that gutter made. She's becoming a fabulous head turner. I have no doubt she will one day soon lead the parade.
Thank you very much! It is indeed a pretty boat. Thanks for the support and for watching.

That's a very kind suggestion. There are complications that prohibit that. Hopefully all can be explained in time.

Love that!
Coincidentally - redoing the transom finish and letters on Euphemia now.
Somehow I doubt it will be a decal....
You put your heart & sole into that boat, literally!

Cruising is coming!

Another Great episode!!
Keep 'em comin!! CHEERS!
True but.....
Agree with the gold!
Boat wiry is good for your soul. Or at the very least it keeps us humble….
The sole is not just a floor, it’s the support we all need.
All of you have wonderful Sole's! 😅
Very nice transom on Zephyrus ⚓️
"Hardly carpentry" sometimes Peter you got to do what you got to do . I'm sure that sole looks perfect !
Another great example of your work skills and good taste…until next week, sole ong. 😂
I agree about the gold accents. ;-)
I presume the diver is there to recover all of your dropped items and some of others? ;-D
Bottom scrub. Time to get moving!
Thanks for yet another great episode.
painstaking and exhausting but very worthwhile, very nicely done. Sole is a happy fish.
Through determined effort and dedication, you were able to save Zepherus' sole.
Good episode. The sole will look great when it's done👍
There's a lot of soul in your music choices this week.
A soulful episode of sole repair. Ha. Another winner, Thanks.

I haven't really got into the flush bit thing . Must get on with that.
The boat is getting more soul!
must have done your soul good to have done the salon sole
I was surprised that you weren't using a notched trowel/spreader for the sole laminates
I was, but only 1/8" notches.
Just had a look at the new name “sticker”. Looks good but dark against wood. Gold highlights?
It's true, but the wood will lighten soon.
The sole on MV Zephyrs will look excellent! Than you Peter for another great episode
you are relly amasing when it com to wood work i have follow you in long time ,i just get so amasing off your work
Thank you
It would be good for the soul to see you guys meet up with Tally Ho.
She was very close a week or so ago, very.
Start your own wood shop school for boat repair
Peter, thxs for sharing...
Another great video mate
Thanks
I might have filet of sole tonight.
Great work again Peter.. and lots of healthy 'Boat Yoga" ;-)
I see you put some "soul" in Lady Zephyres' "sole"
Fantastic work and entertainment, well done Peter.
Even thought it's not exactly carpentry it's performed with "sole"! Well done and thanks for taking us along for the ride.
Glad you enjoyed it!

sadly, that's not an option.
You have to tape from right to left because your brain says so & no argument entered into !!!! lol
Did I miss the finished sole? Wanted see it installed.
You didn't miss it. Coming this week.
Stay safe and we'll see you next week.
You too!
The sole reason for a sole is so your soles doesn't wear out your soul!

Heh, you and me both.
Masking is a pain. It once took 3 of us 10 hours to mask a car for a full repaint...

Yeah, I guess I have....
Glad I'm not your sole viewer.
Me too
