AVH had the best mix by far in the competition, if he showed a bit more versatility he would’ve won this whole gbb. I loved brez 2nd round but overall I preferred AVH rounds, sounds like a professional dj doing a festival. Both did amazing this is one of the best battles in the whole gbb.

Ok i think both rounds from avh was perfect in his style, sound design, mb 1-2 mistakes with pitching a note but still it is so enjoyable. Brez 1st round was same progressive style but it was not as clean and a bit overpowered. The last drop didnt work at all. The 2nd round was much better. But overall avh was slightly better

To me brez had a lot of pitching issues as well as his autotune not sounding great in the first round and the general mixing/mastering not being great. Considering he was ill before the event and some days could not prepare if he had more time he’d definitely have a better mix like the last 2 gbbs
Now that SBB introduced the Producer category I think eventually more current loopers will take advantage of it: AVH for example would be a perfect candidate to just skip the loopstation battles and join in as a producer instead: His style of music is much better suited for a showcase format vs a battle one as he is more deliberate, more careful in how he balances and how he composes in a more musical sense. To me it's kinda difficult to say ''Brez' (or even later, Bizkit) should just *automatically* win out but I still find it hard to argue that their styles are much more battle oriented around working up the crowd, centering on big drops, etc. I would hope that SBB does more to communicate this very important difference of a loop battle format vs a loop showcase format and also encourages more loopers to jump over by allocation more time (Maybe even an extra event day) since we know a producer showcase show takes far longer but I'm sure there can be solutions so more people are encouraged to participate in that category instead.
@ALEM EMOTION brez rounds was sick but i have heard from multiple people that was there that brez's sounds didnt sound clean live whilst avh sounds was very clean live, think this had him in favor. i dont listen to house that much but avh made it sound so good

The Volume control of brez was bad ...but not the worrst ( bizkit was highly bad on it) . And it ma be just it . For the first quarter , battle , ven the Judge are not HOT so they need to be conditionning .LOL AVH has stolen the battle by playing Highly on the point . Brez was more entertaining but AVH has created a monster with his round ... But for now we can say he has only this happy techno style
