      if you dont know how to do that you shouldnt be trying to implement a system like this. You need to cast to your thirdpersoncharacter then promote it to a variable

      I think it would be:
      For launch from rope, a launch function with the direction of the rope or the character in that moment.
      For the climbing up and down, a motionwarping which target is the next bone of the rope in the hierachy

    Looks great, but any reason why you didn't use a cable primitive?

      Good question.
      The answer is that:
      - I coudn't have a solid reference where exactly my character should be attached to it depending on where the trace hits.
      - The cable was stretching too much.
      - The cable was easily going through other meshes.
      - I probably wouldn't be able to add the swing functionality into it.
