Hi Nisha ji yeh khichidi my mom used to make but she used to soak over night than drain the water put for some time on old sari to dry than the servant kutne mein kutne kutkar take out skin several times unless the grain trim out lighter shade and cook as u showed but in vessel than the tadka. with ghee but thank u so much for the easy Meathod u showed I will deafeaneatly try my mom used to make on Sankranti festival yes it so healthy and yummy with ghee .
