If you don't use it you will lose it. Sad but true. I regret losing the Comet Pub at Hodge Hill. That was an old 17th Century building that was knocked down to build houses.

Problem is beer prices due to tax, and the young people today don't drink alcohol as past generations did. I mean I recall 30p a pint and that was in lounge, cheaper in the bar
