Oh Jesse! It hurts watching you struggle with this bit#%. Do have to say you are persistent. We would have given up long ago and taken her to the machine shop.
PS: We have a high speed dental handpiece that will cut through just about anything.

Persistent? most people just say stubborn. Can't say I just gave up without trying is all. Machine shop will get it sorted out.
