- This guided meditation for sleep will help you fall asleep safe and sound wrapped up in a blanket of comfort as you slowly drift up into the twilight sky. The gentle guidance along with the soothing background music will help all busy thoughts and worries fade away along with the twilight sky. As the horizon slowly darkens, it slowly unveils a beautiful starlit sky. The soothing starlight glow relaxes you into a deep, restful and peaceful sleep.

I wish I had a friend. I’m 38 and have been alone for so long. Loneliness is crushing. It turns you against yourself. It’s been so long that I can’t have people in my life. I just go through every day with a mask on. I just want it to be over. Oh well.
