When I was watching your amazing video, it brought back so many happy memories. We my Husband and I walked regularly from Marsden, which was our starting point, over the moors to Uppermill, Saddleworth, or along the canal back to Huddersfield. We also had a brilliant walking holiday staying in a lovely holiday cottage in Marsden. Marsden is a very friendly place to visit. Cheers.
Glad you enjoyed it and it brought back happy memories, that's what they're for really, to showcase the area and for people who lived/holidayed here to see the place now👍
Great footage of a beautiful place, showing how green the area is after all the rain. My wife and mother both lived in Marsden and it was nice to see their old homes in the footage. Very well put together with amusing sound bites. You did well to catch so many trains, strikes permitting!!
Thanks Stephen this one took a fair while to film in-between rain showers and refilming! Definitely looks like a place I'd love to live, gorgeous. I didn't know the wife was from Marsden😲 So many Trains and they stop pretty regularly too surprisingly, excellent place to live for Manchester commuters..
Hello! Think I tried talking to you as you were filming the Standedge Tunnel segment... But you weren't for talking. (Don't blame you one bit as I hate it myself whilst flying)... But I was walking past with my kids and my Mini 3 Pro around my shoulder! Anyway, nice to see someone local to Marsden too! Subbed. Great videos 🙌
Hi, thanks very much, glad you enjoyed it although I'm not actually from Marsden(Milnsbridge) Ha ha I'm not the most sociable but I will chat, especially if you were carrying the main machine, I wonder if it was someone else, it was about 5 or 6 weeks ago I filmed and was fairly early in the morning... hmmm. Thanks only 869 subs to go to get monetised, can dream! I'll check out your vids, always good to learn things off others👍
Yes I think it must have been me.... You were tucked in by the top and you had a black bag with a tripod? Sure it must have been you... Look forward to seeing more of your work. Subbed... Another one down to your 1000 subs... 🎉
@@mavicminiflyeruk2437 ah crap sorry about that, I seem to recall I didn't have my hearing aids in that day, was also waiting to get told off by the horse owners. Cheers mate, likewise👍

A cut above many for creativity. Locks good.
Ha ha cheers David, it good to get out milling around🤪
Lovely area
Skipped the skatepark. Could’ve seen me bombing some heelflips down a stair set.
Ha ha, at 5am?

Marsden is a town, not a village. It is currently common to call small towns villages as it raises the price of houses
@darleytransportandtravel6353 really? Wow learn something new every day, yeah Village sounds prettier.
You're right about the "village" monniker; probably adds at least £20k to the value of any given property!
