My thoughts exactly. What was once a joke about about the juxtaposition between furries, and Black Templar has become something that wouldn’t feel too out of place in 40k canon.

@3D Modeller Cause he is corrupted and must be given peace! Never suffer the mutant!
Im sitting on the can watching this, came to the part where the second marine lifts his head, stop and asked myself "uwu?". And 100 points to me yay
Watching this series go from 90% comedic parody slowly to 90% epic suspense and well done content that would fit well in the warhammer 40k universe has been a pleasure and an honor.
That storytelling was phenomenal. I’d watch more content like this even if it wasn’t an absolutely hilarious parody.
I don't understand what happened this episode. The plot is thickening
3:28 displays the only proper way of dispatching a furry
This was completely unexpected, dark and disturbing but also beautifully animated. I was seriously expecting furry jokes and rape jokes, but this was crazy badass. The part where the Templar turning said "uWu...." killed me though lol
i thought it was just a low growl, amazing you caught that, an extra brilliant layer,
I thought that's what I heard
2:18 for people wondering
At least we have Chaos wulfen now
Dude I died the first time I heard that 😂
NEVER thought I'd hear those words from a brother. Truly terrible lol
this is like 95% fan project, 5% parody at this point and I love it
Don't summon *he-who-must-not-be-named* now
This piece of art must be protected
Damn, this is giving me major Astartes vibes, which was an absolute piece of art! The flashbacks, flickering into reality, the storytelling without any dialogue, really good work actually. Well done!
I KNOW RIGHT!!!! This is so much better then anything else right now! The story telling and mystery is top tier.
Damn so I wasn't the only one with Astartes deja vu?))
I had also that strong feeling
No ! You are totaly correct! This is astartes inspired! And it is glorious
Fucking adore Astartes
This should be a Netflix series ngl.
Keep up the good work! 👍
Fuck me, y'all deserve so many accolades for your brilliant work. The setting, the tone, the pacing, the raw emotion and suffering of these templar and their dedication to the crusade against an ever evolving enemy with no decisive victory in sight. From the start to now this has been art and we love you for this.
One of the few channels il never complain about when they have ad's in their videos, its well deserved.
Can we please get an official GW series directed by these guys in the style of astartes - minimal/no dialogue, slow burn and build up to something darker - make it like astartes crossed with one of the horror novels like "the watcher in the rain"
I like how even the templar has turn into the thing he hated the most, he completed the mission and was still clutching to his symbol.
The Emperor has embraced our fallen brother. Let us honor his sacrifice, and steel ourselves in preparation for the next battle of our never-ending war…
No Black Templar has ever fallen to Damnation
@@JudicialBrat Not true, there was a Black Templars Castellan who fought an Inquisitor disguised as a BT when the Inquisitor revealed to the rest of their Kill-Team that the Castellan followed Slaanesh
This would honestly make an awesome/horror game series. One will be an action game similar to Helldivers 2 and the other will be a horror game similar to Dead Space but it's about a Soldier trying to get off an infected planet, while also being infected himself.
That is a very loyal marine. Holding off the influence of the disease to the bitter end. May his name be redeemed in the eyes of the God Emperor.
Edit: By The Emperor, The Horde Of Likes Is Upon Is!!
Even as abomination my Faith on God Emperor will always on
I’m afraid they will not redeem themselves for such mutations is a permanent death sentence for the entire chapter.

You guys have done an amazing job making this weird concept compelling! I'm genuinely excited for the next episode in this series!
They’ve literally paced this like Astartes. That was incredible.
I got Astartes vibes from this too!
It's the sound design and heavy footsteps.
Furtartes
i love how the series is becoming more serious and dark, it almost feels like something that could exist in actual WH40k
edit: they're basically like a combination of genestealers, daemons, and beastmen.
Nice PFP
My thoughts exactly. What was once a joke about about the juxtaposition between furries, and Black Templar has become something that wouldn’t feel too out of place in 40k canon.
It does, it's called Slaaneesh
And we love it
Fear the walking furry
Genuinely terrifying fate. Big ups to that templar who did what he could but damn. That Lola bunny search really got in there

Be straight with me guys, how much do I need to pay you to a legit 30 minute episode of something warhammer related.
I’m not kidding.
This is so good

Rewatching, I've noticed many flashes of an even darker world.
Cinematography on point
Yeah but I’m trynna understand what that world is?
the warp is like a fusion of hyperspace and hell. it's where anything alive inevitably ends up and the only way to travel between stars in the galaxy.
I keep trying to pause it to see some of the flashes but failing badly, is it possible on a phone?

@@Vapor817 Almost. Tyranids utilize the gravitational bending of local stars to slingshot to the next system (with a bit of space-psychic-magic to help). Necrons and Eldar utilize Dolman gates to get around the galaxy pretty quick. Orks? Orks throw scrap and a big red button together that may or may not explode.
So, that's basically the space wolf origin story 😂😂😂
Holy shit. A meme has no business being this well animated... or written. I would pay for a full feature film of this.
This perfectly encapsulated the horror of fighting chaos on a level that I have never seen before. I think Astartes was going in this direction after episode 5 but we never got that so I’ll say this is a worthy successor
Fucking Slaneshi Cultists
I am genuinely impressed how this went from sheer comedy/ parody, to something that so utterly feels Warhammer! you guys did a stunning job making the whole... temple? feel like it was this sacred place for the crusaders, that was being so thoroughly defiled by the infection.
I know I'm not saying anything new, but i wanted to leave a comment to help boost you in the algorithm. Hard work deserves its reward!
as god is my witness this is by fair the *greatest* 40k fanbased animation/story
This went from hilarious to downright haunting
from funny shitpost animation to something the /tv/ board would consider kino
we are beholding what can only be considered fine art 🍷🗿
The nod to Astartes here is masterfully used.
Little more than a nod
This... This is just beautiful!
No matter how hard you look at every corner and every little thing on screen, you will find a little detail that makes this thing such a masterpiece!
You may have spent 4 times the budget, but it was worth it! Well done to the entire team!
How the heck does a meme turn into something this good? Also that flamer shot was just epic and brutal.
meme or fact
How well the atmosphere of sadness is conveyed when they show the last frame of the already “paws” of a good soldier, who posthumously turned into this while fulfilling his noble duty...
You can see fur on him while fighting so he was infected for awhile turn up the brightness at 3:28
This is honestly the best 40k animation I've seen since Astartes. It wreaks of GrimDark and I'm here for it. You served as best you could Brother. Rest now, The Emperor protects.

And that is why the furries need to be defeated!
You guys really captured the grimdark aspect of 40k with this one. Absolutely amazing work lads.
I'm loving how this series is starting to paint the furry taint in a much darker tone! Rather than the templars just dunking on sonic and friends all the time, we're starting to see a new side to the furry abomination; and its much much darker than initially imagined.
Can't wait for more. May the eternal crusade never end!
Please do not ever say "furry taint" again. The conotations are horrendous.
It seems as the videos progress the furries are adapting more. In the beginning they just melee'd. Then when sonic got hit they had psykers and goo guns. Then a planet got turned into a furry. Now they use actual guns, rockets, specialized melee troops and corruption flames. Legitimately this series is making their own faction thats viable
