I really like those barefoot shoe reviews. Especially the structuring in those categories. Here some suggestions for future reviews: Freet, Ahinsa, Zaqq, Groundies, Leguano, Wildlings, Filii
We are so glad you like our barefoot shoe reviews 😊 Thank you for listing out those brands for us too 🙏 we will check out each company and start looking into reviewing them over the next few months 😁 if you know of any others, please let us know.
@@barefootstrength Softstar, which, as far I can tell, do the widest toeboxes in the world with their primal models. Also Lems and Tadevo. And if you wanted to review a really under-examined brand, you could try to get a pair of Drifters, which are custom-made, meaning they have a waiting list.
Thank you for making these reviews. I'd like to suggest TadeEvo for a future review. Their sneakers are the most minimalist and flexible I've ever worn!
It’s our pleasure, glad you like the reviews 😁 we will definitely check them out. You can definitely expect a lot more barefoot shoe reviews from us in the future 👍
Wonderful review, sir! For me, Belenka really are the current gold standard. Vivos are a second, but they're a bit too narrow. Vivo def needs to widen their toe-boxes.
I really appreciate your reviews. I was not aware of the be lenka shoes and I’m going to give them a try. Maybe I’ve find a valid alternative to vivo!!
I have a pair of be lenka mustard/white in size 44. They are too large for me and they won't take them back from the US. Any interest? I would sell them for the price minus the shipping cost.
Even as you're giving them a perfect five for toe box width, your own diagram makes it look like, as usual with every damn barefoot brand, the little toe is pushed up against the edge. The shoes do look great other than that, but that would be a worry for me.
Some of their shoes have a new shape, which does not curve as much (for example winter boots with the new shape are called Winter 2.0). They also changed the sole, which supposedly is now not slippery.
These are specifically barefoot shoes. They are made to feel like you are walking barefoot. I guarantee you can't buy anything even remotely like this in Lidl.

I only see 4 mm thick sole shoes on their website
I need similar but vegan
I know this review is 3 years old, but i currently am not able to find any leather outside soles like you mentioned.
What's the actual model? I just browsed their site for 5 minutes and haven't found anything that looks like the one in this presentation/advert...

Thank you for the indepth review. It would be nice to have someone model what the shoes look like being worn.
Noted! Thank you for your feedback 🙏

I'm going to try making a pair. They look cheap and cheerful once you deduct the hype.

Would love to buy some of their shoes but it seems they run out of size 40 :D
The 2 years warranty is mandatory by law in our country, that's why they offer the same worldwide 🙂
Yes, but they could act as a majority of companies and offer only 1 year in contries where is only 1 year mandatory...So big thumb for them.
I'm a euro size 44 would you suggest I go a size down to a euro size 43?
That's what I did and they fit perfectly.

@@vaiduliuke Thanks, I'll have a look at the website.
❤be lenka
What do you do when the stink is unbearable?
Put 'em in the freezer overnight.
Well, they only go up to 47 so, thanks but no thanks. Offer a 50 and we’ll talk 😂
The look bothers me. They look fuzzy. Like something you'd wear on a lazy Saturday morning.
they're all quite ugly. But I agree they are probably more beneficial for us
