I think the biggest flaw in this video, or perhaps in the original stories themselves is to call these people _failed_ Jedi. They might not be Jedi Knights, but they were still Jedi. Jedi Farmers, Jedi Doctors, Jedi Scholars, etc. I also wonder how Palpatine dealt with them. The healer corps and the agriculture corps would have been a bit harder to get rid of in the eyes of the wider galaxy. The former was probably well liked by the rest of the galaxy and disposing of the latter would likely lead to planet wide famines. (Then again, he wouldn't care much about that as long as his own plates were full.) Hardest, was the explorer corps. It's likely that Palpatine knew they could just show up any time and provide much needed aid to the rebellion or any other insurgents.
Agreed. Just because someone was not cut out to be a knight didn't make them a failure. Why did the Jedi see knights as superior to doctors, farmers, scholars, etc. This is part of the arrogance that led to their downfall.
I can accept force healing so long as the force you expand is equal to the wound you heal and that there are other repercussions as well Furthermore it would NOT make sense to resurrect someone: I’m not counting Mortis because I believe it was an out of body experience
@@theforcearchives66 Nice. I like the Kevin Sorbo narration and the AI art is great. You are expanding and intellectualizing the Star Wars universe way better than Disney.
How about this for a story. When asked if they want to be a Padawan, a Youngling says they want to be a healer or explorer. But they could become a Jedi Knight, it just doesn't interest the Youngling.
Exploration core sound so exciting actually!
Exploring the universe of Star Wars!

Have you done a video on jedi that failed their jedi trails? If so I'd love to see it.
Great video!
Thank you! 🙏 means a lot for me

@@theforcearchives66just stick with the lore brother. Everybody loves the lore
All of these “failed Jedi” sound like they took a better path than any Jedi aside from Luke Skywalker. What a great concept and a fun video.

Nice idea! I have some audiobook stories in this channel. I can try to make a short story about this concept :)
He can still be knighted and carry a lightsaber, he's just not a peace keeper.
