There is a wrong information in this video clip at 5:27. The master of this channel mentioned as "...But got cancelled because of SIXTEEN". SIXTEEN is not reason of the cancellation of 6MIX project, but the result of cancellation of 6MIX is SIXTEEN. 6MiX project had been postponed twice. 6MIX supposed to debut at 2nd quarter in 2014. But there was a tragic sinking of Sewol Ferry in April 2014. Considering the social atmosphere in entertainment market, JYPE postponed the debut schedule. Then Cecilia, who was a member of 6MIX, quit the team. Therefore SANA, who was in Japanese team, joined in 6MIX. Above photo at 5:27 was 2nd debut team of 6MIX. But this project postponed again because Lena quit the team. Finally JYPE had cancelled 6MIX project and started new girl group project called SIXTEEN. 16 trainees in 3 teams(6MIX, Japanese team, Kids team) had joined the project.
