ingredients:
Preserved Turnip 菜脯 60-80g
Eggs 雞蛋 200g ( 4pcs )
Green Scallion 蔥 15g
Fish sauce 魚露 1tsp
Granulated sugar 白砂糖 7g
Chicken stock 雞湯 20g
Baking powder 泡打粉 3g ( 0.5tsp )
