Volvo ETM behaviour and diagnostic

After a lengthy troubleshooting process on a hard to start S80 I have found a lot of forum posts from people hearing buzzing from the engine bay and clicking noises on various Volvos.
The noises heard are ETM related and completely normal. I took a video of what happens when you turn the ignition, it cracks the throttle plate for a while then closes. I also performed an ETM test during this time using a cheap Dice unit.
The hard to start issue was unrelated.

So what was your issue? Which cheap Dice unit do you have?
