    Very instructional video. I love how you explain the purpose behind the moves and not just show hundreds of variations.

    OMG Yeonwoo ! I cannot believe you played Tengen in a pro match 😂😂🤣🤣.You're the best.
    Besides I suspect when playing this move you were already planning on making that video right? (idk just kidding)

    It's good to see you're still here and making videos. When I started watching your clip I was sure you'd win. Alas, it was not the case. Cheer up

    Cho-Seungah is a very, very strong player. Amazing Tengen, congrats !! J13 is a surround move, sacrificing two stones: beautiful. Great game, you have kiai !!!!

    After move 11 when black makes the nice formation, what did AI think of your position? Also, what did AI think is better than move 6 white komoku?

    amazing to imagine you two have had 100.000s games and neither of you ever played or saw tengen been played. why didnt any of you (or other pros) play tengen just once for fun sooner?

    Hey Yeonwoo!
    For example, I’m start with 30k and to advance to 29k, is 80 points the required for each rank or not?

  • @Fanaro
    @Fanaro 2 роки тому +3

    AI says tengen is only 1 point worse than other moves, I bet it hardly makes a difference to humans, way bigger swings happen all the time in the middle game. I wish pros could become a bit detached and start playing different stuff, it would make watching them much more enjoyable.

    I don’t often watch Go videos, but everyone of yours that I’ve watched I enjoyed a lot and I always learn something 🙂 So, thanks for that! ❤
    But the reason I’m writing here now is … it’s become so quiet on your channel … are you OK?
    Cordial greetings 🙂

    Styling on weaker opponents? I only watched 3min30 for now. I like doing this too and destroying everything.

    Hm... You have a tendency to appreciate big moyo zones and patterns in order to set up avalanche attacks on your opponent. Maybe it's worth trying to play more like sakata Eio? It matches your identity, doesn't it.
    Your creative and playful spirit is wonderful.

    Почему у меня создается впечатление, что профессиональные игроки вообще ничего не считают и играют только по наитию? Никаких длительных цепочек ходов. В отличие от шахматистов, которые просчитывают позицию на 20-30 ходов вперед в нескольких вариантах. Меня удивляет, что для Про игроков становится неожиданностью каждый 3-й ход противника, который можно было увидеть 3 хода назад.

    Don't you find it a little sad that you have a womans division for a board game? I mean, it's not like physical strength matters here. It's purely intelligence. Does it demean you when they make a womans league, because its like saying woman are less intelligent than men.

    • @ZarathustraX
      @ZarathustraX 2 роки тому +6

      The womens league is so that female players, of which there are substantially less than males, can get more tournaments and titles where they can all compete. There is no men's league, just Women's and Open (everyone). So they aren't seperated, women have the option to play in any tournament, and they get their own. So what's demeaning?

    Why your actual game is so weak…. Just hope you can be a stronger player… even I am a normal person who do not play go at all can see you made so much of mistakes… just want to say you can be better… keep it up
