Great product doesn't mean anything if nobody knows about it. In this day and age it's not enough to create a good product and hope someone will use it.
A great product assumes it is aligned with user needs.. And yes, I believe if you build something great, customers will beat a path to your door. Is this not true for all things? If I as a carpenter create exceptional wooden tables, would there not be many who would see the quality of my work, and come to my door? The world of bits has parallels to the world of atoms.. Build something that is useful and quality, then everything else will be much easier
@@joemac84 "would there not be many who would see the quality of my work, and come to my door" -- but where would they see your work? if you just do wooden tables in your garage, they can be extraordinary, but no one will see them. You have to get your product out there and in a competitive landscape such as technology, you just have to market your product for people to actually see.
