Jamaican STEW PEAS (BEAN)

    RECIPE
    2 1/2 cups dried Kidney Bean, rinse and soak overnight
    5 Oyster Mushroom, sliced
    1 1/2 cups Coconut milk
    1 small Onion, diced
    1/2 green bell pepper, chopped small
    3 Clove garlic, minced
    3 Scallion (green onion)
    4 sprig fresh thyme
    10 Pimento berries, crushed
    More instruction on Beans
    -Rinse and soak bean overnight
    -Add 2 1/2 cups beans, plus 5 cups water in Presser cooker or instapot
    -Then presser cook beans for 30 minutes in the conventional presser cooker or 15 minutes in instapot.
    (you could also just boil beans in a regular pot for up to an hour or until tender)
    -Drain beans and reserve about 1 1/2 cups of the bean broth
    If using can bean, drained and rinsed (about 4 cups)
    and add 2 cups of vegetable broth or water
    SPINNERS (Dumpling)
    1 cup gluten-free flour (I used bob red mill)
    1/4 tsp salt
    Enough water to form the dough
