I have done a lot of testing on GTA San Andreas cars. Both in terms of top speed and lap times around different types of tracks, not just hairpins and straights. In terms of top speed the fastest is the Infernus (221 km/h) then the Hotring Racers (214), Bullet (202), Banshee (201), then the Turismo and Cheetah (193), Buffalo ZR-350 (186), Comet (184), Super GT (179) and then the others (I won't write all them down cause it's would take me ages). In terms of handling, the best ones tend to be the Turismo, the Cheetah and the Banshee however the Bullet is brilliant on start and stop tracks, where basically there are a lot 90 degree corners where the Bullet can use it's monstrous traction. The Bullet's weakness is understeer so you need to be cautions when picking the braking point and make sure to get on the power fast while exiting the corner.
