Storing a Dave Cooper collapsible single bike trailer

- This is the 250kg capacity trailer. The lightboard and loading ramp were included when I bought it. Zinc Plated Finish. I bought the spare wheel and safety cable as extras. Just three bolts and it's ready to go in under 5 minutes.
Seems like a lot of weight will be bending it at those three bolts. Presumably it seems strong enough, though? I'm hoping it will fit a Beta 80 Junior trials bike (with small wheels). How did you get on with the big gap at the front?
The bolts seem strong enough and I presume are tested for the 250kg weight threshold on this heavy duty model. The standard flange type towbar only has two bolts to take the full nose weight. My WR450F fits perfectly. I have also used it for my kid's CRF110FK and that fits using the smaller gaps further back. Although I remove the spare wheel for that. I'm now thinking of getting the three bike collapsible one, so I can take one, two or three bikes at a time.
Do the instructions mention torque specs for the 3 bolts connecting the two parts? Or in any case, what do you use? I have a 2nd hand one, with no instructions.
The instructions were silent on torque settings. You could email them to ask: info@davecooper.co.uk
