- This time I propose a fluffy and delicious apple roll. It's such a simple cake that you don't need a scale. The ingredients are simple, available to everyone.

Ingredients:
🌸 6 apples
🌸 3 spoons sugar/ if the apples are sweet, no more sugar is needed
🌸 1 teaspoon cinnamon
The shape for the oven with the dimensions of 35x25 cm.
🌺 4 eggs
🌺 4 spoons sugar
🌺 4 spoons flour
🌺 ½ teaspoon baking powder
✅️ Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C | 356°F / 25-30 minutes or depending on the oven you have (until the top turns golden)
✅️Let it cool completely.

Quelle merveilleuse odeur se dégage de la cuisine ! Le roulé aux pommes 🍎cake est prêt dès la sortie du four, et je ne peux pas résister à l’envie d’y goûter. Il est doré, moelleux, et garni de fines tranches de pommes caramélisées. Je coupe une part et je la savoure avec gourmandise. Le goût sucré et acidulé des pommes se marie parfaitement avec la douceur du cake. C’est un délice pour les papilles et pour les yeux. Je me régale et je me félicite d’avoir réussi cette recette facile et rapide. Le roulé aux pommes 🍎cake est le dessert idéal pour terminer un repas en beauté.
