Its a mid roof Volvo 730 being loaded on a low pro steo deck on 17.5 wheels which means it has 34 to 36inch deck height. Chances are it is legal especially once the susoension bags are dumped. And if not it can be permited for overheight. Not a big deal. The only way to be certain is to break out the height pole and measure..
@@turborepu again, it depends on what side of the country. East past texas, not legal, west coast, as long as he’s under 14’ he’s legal. But I doubt he’s legal on either side. I’m sure the truck is 11’ and some change. Without the overhead, he’s 10’. Add the 3’ from the trailer to the height of the truck. Sure, permits are required and can be obtained. But the does change the cost and if you’re getting the load from a broker, better believe the brokers is charging much more as if they were running the load.
John, it really hurts to see that. A friend of (actually maybe a former friend) used to repo vehicles in Alaska, he is now retired. I sincerely hope that he didn't have a critical load of freight that needed to be where he was taking it yesterday. By the way, Good Morning, it is now Thursday May 17, 2018. Lost a kitten (not Paws.) this morning, his name was Shaggy. God Bless you. Safe Travels.
And yet another Volvo bites the dust !! Pretty common sight.....a Volvo broke down. If its an O/O truck I feel for the guy. In my personal opinion Volvo is the most unreliable truck out there. Too bad because the cab is nicely laid out but that doesn't help if you're in the shop often. Good luck.
Those ramps are priceless!👍
What are those under the ramps? For support?
John watching your videos has become my favorite pastime lol roll on brother
Would that clear height on freeway under pass?
Hope your having a great day JBG be safe out there my friend.

hey kuya J, aren't your numbers mixed up? at pilot in remington, it was 639, then you numbered 630 for West Lafayette? then 631 at indianapolis? LOL
He’s just showing off, for the cheap freight prime trks!
That camera looks like that could be Osmos+ nice video
John, I feel sorry for the Driver, was he an independent? God Bless You. Safe Travels.
Interesting and very cool.
Wow that is me loading my co-workers truck on my Stepdeck, he had a cam shaft gone bad, and the truck stop was tight
Which engine does it have?
Was is just shy of 14 high ?
looks like a repo no pay for truck truck go bye bye
johnny it takes a time to load a truck like that
They really should have made a spot out the way not blocking others since it was still drivable
If you know the pilot in Belmont Ohio you’d get the picture why this was the only opinion to load,! I-70 exit 208
Good work
Unfortunately that truck is over the legal height. He’ll have to go around bridges depending what side of the country they are on.
