How to make Easy Egg Masala Biryani
TOMATO - 2 nos
Big onion - 3 nos
Refined oil - 3 tbs
Eggs - 6 nos
Ghee - 3 tbs
Cinnamon - 2 Pieces
Cloves - 3 - 4 nos
Cardamon - 3 - 4 nos
Salt- 1/4 tsp + 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder- 11/2 tbs
Coriander Powder- 3 tbs
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
BASMATI RICE - 7 Cups
TOMATO Sauce - 1 tbs
Coriander leaves
Curry Leaves

Laksmy chachi Plz avoid plastic bowl and spatula to keep hot things and stir.... U know it is dangerous, will melt and cause of cancer..... Try wood spatula and steel or ceramic to keep hot food..... Although biriyani is superb....
