They sell a cutting tool specifically for cutting crumble cookies into fours to be easily shared. As for the price, everything used to make them has increased in price. I watched eggs jump nearly 2 dollars in a month so it's not super surprising that giant dessert cookies are expensive.

Reselling obviously isn’t unheard of but as a small business owner, I would be mad and sad if that happened to my business and products. Also they weren’t representing the best cookies, or in the same way Crumbl does, so it also hurts Crumble in a way.
I would imagine that when something is sold for direct consumption, reselling it is illegal. Like, you’d need to buy wholesale ingredients and then produce them on site yourself as a franchisee

I did a quick search on flights from Hawaii to Australia. Which is 10 to 13 hours. NOT including transfers, travelling to and from the airports, delays, and so on. Meaning that for all we know those cookies were unrefrigerated for anywhere up to at least 15-16 hours. Then they sat around for 4 extra days, until they were sold. From what it looked like on the video, they had the cookie in boxes stacked on a table. For who knows how ever many more hours. They are playing with people's health here. And that isn't okay.

Biscuits, bread, cakes, pastries, Christmas cake, and Christmas pudding (excluding cheesecakes) These products are allowed into Australia if: they are for personal consumption they are fully cooked, shelf stable (do not require refrigeration) and contain no meat any fillings or toppings are cooked with the cake. Seeing as it is only supposed to be for personal consumption I am surprised that they managed to actually get them through.

As a former employee and trainer from Crumbl, the dough is fully cooked. It is cooked to a specific temperature, the reason they seem “raw” is because of the large size of the cookie. Crumbl specifically makes their cookies so they are soft and chewy

Regarding the trademark stuff, as far as I know (aka a module at uni about uk contract law), trademarking just gives the holder the right to sue when/if someone infringes on their trademark. So if it's the same for the US/Australia (not sure which legal system any cases would be using), Crumbl would have to be the ones suing. If I remember correctly, trademarking is also a 'use it or lose it', so if it gets enough attention, Crumbl may have to sue, even if they didn't want to, otherwise they could lose their trademark. The terms of service would probably be a civil matter, the only legal one would probably be to do with the Australian food regulations.
Good marketing is basically how Crumbl blew up, not really the cookies themselves. Shane Dawson did a video about the amount of calories in each cookie being the equivalent to a fast food meal but what boggles my mind the most is that these people were looking for a quick payout and put peoples health at risk!!

Good marketing is basically how Crumbl blew up, not really the cookies themselves. Shane Dawson did a video about the amount of calories in each cookie being the equivalent to a fast food meal but what boggles my mind the most is that these people were looking for a quick payout and put peoples health at risk!!

I forgot about these cookies they are so good, now i might get some this weekend. Im an RN and its was always welcomed by our staff when our patients families brought us some. It made our day.
Industrially made cookies out of the cheapest ingredients; the only draw is the novelty and the very high sugar content, which is so addictive that it makes folks forget about the low quality.

Crumble cookie or any other cookie or cake shop have always disgusted me. Copious amounts of sugar. The idea of biting into a sugar cake makes me want to throw up. I don’t understand how people get excited to eat that garbage. They are literally diabetes cookies and they taste awful.
Crumbl cookies are overcooked... This is really serious, one person posted about their crumbl cookie being cooked and everyone is saying ''I would still eat it,'' this can cause diseases and sickness + the sugar in it.

I’m curious what crumbl has to say, you’d think they would immediately find out what store/s the cookies were bought at to find out the story. Just imagining an employees face when someone says “I’d like to order 500 cookies individually boxed” like that should require a preorder. Surely they’d ask “what’s the event” and I’d bet refuse sale if known. It’s even funny to me that crumbl didn’t somehow catch wind of this through the sm posts
Crumbl should give them a franchise shop in Sydney if they were smart. For someone to do that takes mad dedication they gotta respect that.
