This proving it was shrapnel that fell and exploded, not a rocket hitting the ground. If the missile came from Israel it would’ve been higher up in the air thus resulting in larger surrounding damage, basic high school physics like when you drop an egg from a 2nd story window vs an 8 story window.

The munitions are NOT consistent with IDF munitions but ARE consistent with a rocket used by the Islamic terrorists.

@@w.s8676 Are you serious? Evacuating people on ventilation machines, sick babies, wounded and sick people is a guaranteed death sentence for those people. There is no gas, no cars and no hospital where to evacuate them. If Israel was serious about evacuation, it would offer safe passage to Israel provide hospital care, housing, food and security for anyone who peacefully leaves Gaza. That really would be the safest way to disarm Gaza and move civilians from there. Provide them homes inside Israel, food and security etc.

I think Hamas was a bit MORE than just a nuisance over the weekend. Probably part of the reason they were so successful. They have ALWAYS been shelling off and on and Israelis are used to it. Well this time there was more to the story.
As far as the "joke". This is not joke and Hamas is getting exactly what it was going for. Israel needs to take a deep breath and a step back. At the same time, Hama needs to be put down. They do the Palestinians no favors.
There are a lot of people who love to score political points on a terrible tragedy. It always works.
If that picture is accurate, the bomb in that parking lot wasn't big enough to kill hundreds. There's no crater. A car 15 ft away is perfectly intact. The buildings are fine. A few cars got scorched. Maybe 6 or so, with a couple injured, if those cars were occupied. That was like a 10-20lb warhead. Israel drops bombs that level buildings regularly and probably wouldn't wase jet fuel on a bomb that small.
I'm not saying Israel hasn't committed war crimes and that this kind if scrutiny isn't due. I don't think this particular one is theirs.

11lbs of HE on the low end with smaller rockets, 44lbs on the high end. Paired with fragmentary additives, these rockets are not measly, and they can level impressive destructive power.
They have 25-400 kg warheads. So, yes, their rockets are capable of this type of damage.

Who benefits from this? It's obviously Hamas, which has often used its own civilians as shields, setting up launch sites near schools and hospitals. When these sites are hit, because the launch was triangulate on by Isreal. Hamas is like the bully in school who provokes a fight and then cries to teacher that he was hit. During the course of the last week or so, 11 hospitals and medical centers in Gaza have been hit by air strikes according to humanitarian organizations on the ground.
So why would the IDF specifically avoid this hospital?

No group in Gaza has the capability to level half a hospital, I watched the footage of the strike carefully, that wasn't a misfired rocket that was an explosion from the air. Israel absolutely did this, they admitted it, panicked and are now trying to wrest control of the narrative. Amazing that they were able to come up with such intelligence so quickly. Where are the satellite images? Where are the operational reports of military activity in the area? The footage they showed is an old video from 2022, they did not even have the wit to change the time stamp on their footage. The IDF did this 100%.
But... they have before and after photos and the hospital is still there. The explosion was in the car park and is not that big. There is also no big crate you would expect from an airstrike. It appears to have been quite a small explosion... in the car park.
Not to mention they have intercepted recordings.
@@joekiwi200 Part of the hospital is still standing agreed. Because there is no crater means nothing, you only need to look at images of the North of Gaza right now to see that there are no craters from the airstrikes, yet those buildings were hit by

@@alanajacobs9882 Rather convenient though. The IDF had told the hospital on three occasions to evacuate and it had been hit twice before hand by Israeli artillery. If they had no intention of hitting it, why the three previous evacuation orders?

Also GeoConfirms, which is an independent nonprofit that analyzes this kind of data to determine war crimes (they’ve done it with Ukraine/Russia) shows that the missile was intended to aim for Haifa in Israel (Hamas documents also state that), which is north of Gaza, the missile was moving north and was launched South of the hospital.
Hamas shot from the cemetery near the hospital and UT misfires. Not Isreal. It was not targeted.

2) backtracked
3) said it was a Hamas rocket
4) said it was another group, “Palestinian Islamic jihad’s” rocket
5) said it wasn’t actually the rocket that caused so much damage (when people pointed out they don’t have weapons that advanced) but a rocket from the latter group landing in a weapons cache that amplified the explosion

The Palestinians sought refuge at the hospital from the Israeli bombings. Israelis cut off supplies that were needed for a response. And there’s more. Much more.

@porter9276The missiles that they use can explodes before landing, thus it doesn't create a huge crater. There's not 6000 craters in Gaza and the video shows clearly two explosions at different locations. Israel did it!

I havent seen reports that Hamas also used this hospital as a base, so i am not at all making the assumption that you jump to
so a correction should be added to this, and its been almost certainly confirmed. this hospital was struck by hamas missiles. it hit the parking structure. hamas has also been known to keep munitions in parking structure near civilian safe-spaces like hospitals. this was a hit caused by a missfired hamas rocket. they kill their own people. hamas keeps palastinian civilians as well as israelis hostage in gaza. it's why they tell their people to stay in the danger zone when israel warns the civilian population of an impending operation, and that they should move to safety and evacuate the area. hamas uses the palastinian civilians as human shields and it is sick

Just unsubscribed. I have typically liked TYT for almost all issues, but this conflict has revealed them. One reason I liked them is they seemed somewhat objective and called out the mainstream media and powerful elites regardless of party. This segment took Hamas propaganda and used it to inflame a terrible situation. Cannot think of much worse than falsely accusing a country of intentionally bombing a hospital. You would think that leveling that type of accusation would require having solid proof as the implications of being wrong are devastating. Instead Cenk tweets as fact that the IDF is responsible for bombing the hospital and rather than retract and apologize when it has been proven false he says it does not matter even if Israel did not.
How is Israel supposed to ensure that another October 7th attack? How do they take out Hamas in a way that is acceptable to their critics. They could cede any disputed lands, but Hamas, Iran, Hezbollah, etc. have been very clear that they will not ceases until Israel is annihilated and the attacks on October 7th show there is nothing they will not do to make that happen. Israel ceded control of Gaza almost 17 years ago and yet they are still blamed for the conditions. Calling it an open air prison implicates Egypt as much as Israel as they could allow the free movement of Palestinians also.
Ever since more information has come out about the hospital incident, crickets from TYT. Looking at the daytime photos of the site, it seems pretty clear this was not the site of one of Israel's weapons. In fact, it is hard to believe the death toll there was what was claimed, when they thought it could be blamed on Israel. Cenk..be a man and acknowledge the new information.

Couple issues i have here. First the hospital was not hit. A parking lot was hit.
Then there is the damage, about 20 cars burnt but still in place. Israel is using bombs and even on of the smaller 200 or so lbs woukd have blown those cars to pieces.
Then there is the lack of any real crater. A 200lb bomb would easily blown a 3 or so meter crater and removed quite a bit of that lot.
Then we have the number of dead. There are about 20 cars in that lot, maybe room for 20 more. How can you fit that many people in the damage area. You cant unless people are stacked 3 high.

I also think it is fair that people were also quick to blame the Israelis because they have lied in the past about many of the atrocities they have committed. They are killing Palestinians as we speak, who have done absolutely nothing and last I heard they are still not allowing water, food or fuel into Gaza. How many innocent civilians are they going to make suffer and die unnecessarily because of this inhumane policy!

The problem with Hamas is that it is determined to annihilate the Jews. Not just Israel, but the Jews as a whole. You can get this information in their charter and propane throughout the Islamic world. The problem is that religion in general, and Christianity and Islam in particular have made it their mission for 1400 to 2000 years to demonize Jews and persecute them. As history shows us, Jews have been chased around the world for so long due to the doctrines and teachings of both Christianity and Islam.
Christianity and Islam are not satisfied with the Jews not choosing to their ideologies, and therefore they both believe the Jews must be punished or annihilated.
This is not totally unlike what both Islam and Christianity has done to my black peoples of the world. Black people, being in close competition with the Jews, for being the most hated people in the world. The same way that most non Jews deny this millennial hatred of Jews, non blacks also deny the hatred of black people.

We've all seen the results of rocket attacks on Israel. A couple of cars destroyed in a parking lot, a 3-foot wide hole in the sidewalk. Just on the day of Hamas' initial attack, a reporter was showing how a car was destroyed and a fuel tanker right next to it had tons of shrapnel impacts in its windshield but the tank hadn't been pierced. Many Israelis have a safe room built to resist rocket attacks right at home, and they have their kids sleep in there. And suddenly this kind of weak rocket can flatten a multi-story hospital? Give me a break, it's 100% obvious where this came from. **edit:** what's obvious now is that the hospital was *not* flattened, and it's likely the death toll was initially inflated. The crater that was eventually shown is way smaller than even 3 feet wide, and it's clear this wasn't an Israeli strike. I should have waited before forming an opinion, this first day was absolutely full of misinformation even reported by journalists who usually do much better; so many outlets changed their headlines multiple times. I'm leaving the comment rather than delete it since this would remove its replies.

What’s 100% obvious is that nothing is 100% obvious. Israeli rockets could’ve vaporized the whole place far more thoroughly as we’ve seen ample videos of. A rocket that lands in a crowd will kill more people than one that lands in a car park. Perhaps Israel did launch this rocket, on purpose or by accident; perhaps the Islamist radicals did it on purpose or by accident. Both sides have ample history of lies, violence and bloodshed. There is a quick and easy piece of evidence that can prove it was a plane based bomb or not. How large is the area of damage and how much did it encroach on the structure or the ground.
The palestinians haven't exactly been free to import arms. As such, their weapons are all small. A bomb or rocket from a military plan will first, be largerx and second, contain shaped high explosives built specifically to inflict the most damage it can for its size.
Quite simply, at best the Palestinians have rocket propelled grenades, which can kill and inglict damage, but only to a limited area. There is zero chance a single rocket could kill hundreds or inglict secondary damage, like steuctural damage, large enough to cause a collapse large enough to take significant life.
Basically, the amount of reported lives taken and the size of the damage is really all the proof one needs. You don't really need any classidied military records that specifically shows the IDF pulling the trigger. It's just physics.
