Sir please correct me if I'm wrong but kindly reconsider qns 38 & 73.....that is 38.....Constitution of India which was adopted by the Constituent Assembly on 26th November, 1949 and came into force on 26th January, 1950. & 73 qn Rajya Sabha is a continuous chanmber its member are retired after every 6 yrs

No, it came into force on 26 nov 1949... But many of its provisions were just held up and came into force only on 26 January 1950
