UCB AI Community - Designing AI Tools - Amina Kirby presents an LLM-based help bot (April 4, 2024)

Amina Kirby of Berkeley Law Media Services recently designed an LLM-based Help Bot for providing faculty, staff and students with classroom AV technical assistance for instances where AV support staff may be unavailable. She shared a presentation on her experiences of designing and deploying AI tools such as these, as well as the considerations and challenges which came with it.
