Eric's presentation will focus on the following topics, tools and techniques related to AI in the classroom:
- AI and Education
- New ways to access Jupyter
- Small Language Models
- Coding with Copilot
The session will highlight the role of AI in the data science curriculum via innovative uses of Jupyter notebooks, including the browser-based JupyterLite, and demonstrate practical applications of small language models and GitHub Copilot.
