Yeah the hot start sometimes it gets stuck and it feels like my bikes gonna blow up. I bent the clutch preset bad and it doesn’t work as smooth anymore.
no it’s not, if you listen closely there’s a click in the kick start, once you hear it don’t go no more down, go all the way back up then kick it. do that until it starts. don’t just kick and kick and kick. there’s a certain way that no one talks about.
Honestly I don’t even know why I’m twisting it and when I don’t twist it it usually starts right up. It always bump starts after I fall, it’s just hard to cold start before you ride it.
@@tyride69 there's an easy fix for that my guy. y'know that small lever on top of your clutch. It's called a decompression lever, you pull it in everytime you kick it, starts like nothing
Yeah your abt the same as me I just rode with my buddy who is on a 250 and they are super long and not easy in single track. So the 150 is perfect for you I’d say.
@@tyride69 alright thank you because I was thinking about it because my dad was saying he was gonna by 2 of them and I was just on edge yk but thank you
@@tyride69yeah i had a 125 sx abt a month ago but sold it bc i had to pay for my stolen school chromebook 😭and i still have a 250f but im just wanting a bike to mess around on
@@Ikephillips23 honesty idk what I’d pick then. 85 is more maintenance then the 150 but on the 150 you need to keep the valves adjusted and it’s so hard to cold start, so they even out. If you want something to mess around on I recommend a Surron light b, there so fun you can ride them anywhere too.
Your like in between a 150 and 250 so if you want a 2 stroke then get the 112 if you want a 4 stroke just get the 250 you’ll be littler for it but you can get a lot of years out of a 250
There’s got to be UA-cam videos on that but the 112 is a 2 stroke and the 150s a four stroke. So the 2 stroke is pretty high maintenance and the 150 is a good amount less. You don’t need to mix gas or anything crazy for the 4 strokes
@@tyride69lol the 4 stroke needs valve adjustments and once it’s time to rebuild twice the cost. You will see that a two stroke is overall cheaper to own.
Yeah I know I have a 150 myself but if it’s the first start of the day just give it two pumps of throttle then kick it with choke on no throttle that’s what I do and I don’t have many problems I don’t mind but try it😁
this is fr some good content, and badass bike bro.
Thanks dude
You are mad underrated keep it up🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thanks dude
Bro you are way to underrated keep it up
Try full throttle 3 times before you start it. They have a squirter carb the new 150s so you have to prime it should start within 5 kicks
Ok I’ll try and start it soon
the same thing was happening to my 150. the valves are probably out of spec
Also jd jetting kits are amazing mine starts first kick even at 8k feet altitude where bikes normally have a pretty hard time.
@@hayden978 I got a jet kit on my old 65 bc I sucked and kept filing plugs. (My first 2-stroke)
