Viego doesn't benefit much from haste, so IE is almost always better. I haven't really seen a situation where navori would be better. So yeah you can go IE third or 4th, but it is usually not needed.
@@KaizerMordei also want to know what u think of pd. The items is very gold efficient and gives alot of ms and as with a bit of ad and crit seems like a good item overall can u think of anytime you would build it? On another note i saw you were muslim too sending love from egypt
@@aranax418 PD is no doubt a good item, but ranged champs simply utilize it better. It is also hard for Viego to slot PD into his build since he wants bork first almost always into mythic item 2nd. PD is only a good 2nd item option, so Viego pretty much never buys it. Also much love brother
