"Wild ride" isn't an exaggeration!!! Amazing! Beautiful scenery! Sad, though, to see the fire's aftermath. Thank you for taking us along -- you're both excellent bike handlers over unforgiving terrain!! Stay safe!!
My favorite tech trail in Tahoe for sure. The gnarly double back tech on the upper section is so fun! If you go straight, rather than right, @6:09 there is an optional drop to slab line that you should try hitting next time you ride. Super fun. Looks sketchier than it is. Great riding though. Looked like a solid full pull!
From an old Tahoe resident who lives in Brazil thanks for making that video. Did that ride in the 80's an 90's was my favorite. Sad to see what the fires did. You guys ride well.
Hey there, I appreciate the comment. I agree 100% that nothing is secret anymore and I agree that Tahoe is over run with tourism. The goal of my channel is not to promote the area for tourism but to show my experience living here. I also understand that these videos will draw some people to the area. Thankfully I don't have too many people following my summer adventures. I can also promise that there are many places that I will not show.
Wow! That looks like fun!😊. Ok the boulders not so much! 😮
thanks mate! They are an acquired taste.

appreciate the comment and the beta!
What a wild ride for sure. No doubt you two will have to tighten some bolts on you bikes before the next run. Enjoy the cooler weather. 🍻
yes a bolt check is necessary!
Relentless downhill!
100%
This is the first Tahoe trail that actually looked to have some semi technical chunk. Most of it looked like cobblestones -but fun! Cool vid 😊
The gopro never does it justice.

Yea the Caldor scarred this area and changed it signficantly. Glad you enjoyed it!
That's insane. I walked this w my bike on July 13 2023, and the entire first third of Toads was covered in snow.
We were up there too around that time. Crazy how fast it has melted!
As a dentist I really think you all should be wearing a mouth guard. All those rocks! Another great ride.
I really need to get a full face helmet as well. Thanks for the recommendation!
I’m loving how green it is and all those blooming plants. Very pretty. Thanks.
glad you enjoyed it!
arguably the best trail in Tahoe. Thanks for the "ride-along".
all good
How is Toads only a single black? The bottom half I get but that top section is no joke.
agreed! The top section should be closer to a double black.
I ask myself every time you guys fly down those trails how is it that nothing breaks. The Mr. Toad's sign would make a great t-shirt. Possible merch?
hmmm. Could be! The bikes are built really well these days, which helps!
Every time I watch one of your downhill bike rides it makes my legs and knees hurt! Do you ever have issues with that? Crazy trail!
Hey there, you would be surprised how much the bike’s suspension helps so I don’t usually feel my joints at all unless I go over the handlebars. Haha
Dude, that’s Trials Level crap there. Nice
thanks mate!
Just stop posting all the places. Just full stop. None are secrets, but they don't need any more advertising.
