Microgreens vs. traditional farming is such a huge difference! What shocked me was the stats on the amount of water per acre in traditional farming. I am glad you enjoyed the video! And thank you for your well wishes. I am getting better and better every day. Having autonomic challenges is not for the faint of heart for sure! It just takes me a bit longer to recover.😘
Great job! As a board member of the U.S. Green Chamber of Commerce, we know that agri waste and runoff are major pollution/climate issues. Not only are these tiny gems more nutritious, every time we grow them and use them, they do their part in helping restore more balance in our environment!
