Really enjoyed this, as someone who's pressed pause on his property hunt after pulling out of a house purchase because of COVID-19. I think you should stretch it out to 30mins, take advantage of the podcast format!

Hi, I have a question... If I buy a flat with my own parking space in a residents car park is there any reason why I would not be able to build a (non-permanent) bike storage unit on it, would I need consent from all of the other occupants of the property?

You would need to check the terms of your lease
