I can tell you these bikes are magnificent. I have owned 2 a Corsaro Veloce then a 9 1/2 both were great. I rode the Corasro from Uk to Italy and it was just superb and loads of fun, but sadly my hips do not allow me to get my leg over the seat now. Changed to a 1200 Bonny which is fine but I will never forget this exceptional machine. GO BUY ONE its a TORQUE MONSTER!!
i thought i'd never see a real review of this bike..and i've searched about it!awsome review!i'd love if you could review even more exoticas especially MV's!!!
Hi! Oh I am so glad you say this. It seems you are exactly the person I did the review for. And good news is I am now in Italy for about 6 - 8 weeks and I am trying to get some similar, special bikes to my reviews... Hopefully I will be lucky enough.
Thanks for this review...really good! I always wanted one of these....motorcycling at its most pure, and was lucky enough to find a 2015 version just a few months old and with only 2000k on the clock.......and it’s GORGEOUS. You do have to be careful with the throttle especially when riding in damp conditions....shit loads of torque and no traction control.....but if you’ve ridden dirt bikes you’ll have no problems.
Haha - someone who knows! Perfect. I envy you little bit the bike to be honest. It must be amazing to own one. Btw. I should have soon some more videos about Moto Morini on my channel. Specifically I have visited their factory and did some vloging and also I rode the new model ZZ.
Haha, yes it is very cool. These small production Italian motorcycles really have something to offer. It is not for everyone at all but who's not scared (of riding it and reliability) can get very special one
I ride a 2007 Moto Morini Corsaro Competitione. Lighter weight about 201 kg, Light weight black Marcenessi rim, Termignoni exaust, red frame, sport mapping and a lot of black carbon fibre parts. Well, I will never ever give my italian horse away. @JF: I fully agree with you!
Thanks for the weight details, I was looking at carbon fibre wheels and a titanium exhaust system to bring a few kilos off it......I probably should also lose a few kilos from me as well! 😂😂
Yes moto morini are fun to ride I am lucky to have 2 naked and enduro they never fail to put a smile on my face, I don't notice the no rider aid at all and I live near the black forest, sound is like no other, enjoyment priceless
My friend almost bought a used one (previous Veloce) but was turned off after seeing one or two on sales and how bad they aged, compared to similar bikes of the same age. Definitely a new one, with that crazy torque is a blast, but rather expensive.
You mean that the price falls down very quickly on the second hand market? Yes I think so, unfortunately. Good news for anyone who are about to buy the used one. Hmm they have just released the ZT version few days ago, I can't really wait to ride it.
First off can I say I like the old format style of your videos. Little look around the bike first then ride after.....just my opinion! Second i like the new 360 cam. Third I also like when you have someone filming you in front. Great review of an Icon. Stay safe Dave.
That was fast :)) Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it. Some says that this is the fast age, and everyone wants "fast content". I will wait for more feedback and hopefully the conclusion will be the longer format with static shots. 360 camera is ok. It makes the post-production slower, but I will try to use it often. The other camera in front me it is more tricky... Hard to find someone :)) We will see :) Thanks again.
No worries......I appreciate it difficult to find someone, but not mega important, just gives a good view of the bike travelling. My personal preference is quality not speed of content. Have you ever checked out the 'the missenden flyer' he has a lot of subs and does quality reviews!!!! I enjoy your format and style and have subbed you for a while...... Keep up the good work Dave.
Yeah I know about you just almost from the beginning of my work. I appreciate it, thanks. I sometimes watch some other sources, but most of the time now to not be influenced :)) I want to find in a long term my own unique style and added value. Good point about the slow content and preference of quality... I will think about it a lot.
At the time of the review this was not true. But yes, now it is. Ownership is one thing, but I believe for many people it still stays Italian. Skoda is owned by Volkswagen, but we still perceive Skoda as Czech car factory.
@@JFMotorcycles Times are changing - fast. Just saying that there are other Italian motorcycle brands n o t in the hands of the Chinese. "MV Agusta Partners With China's Loncin To Produce New Line Of 350-500cc Motorcycles" is another example of how historically grown motorcycle companies sell their soul and help to develop Asian manufacturer skills who just kill them some years later - for a short term profit. The difference between Volkswagen/Skoda is that the Germans invest in the Czech Republic and keep the Skoda manufacturing and trademark alive. JF Motorcycles great...I’ll look forward to those.
Sounds like a crazy bike! Crazy and fun.

With out any electronic assistance, like ABS, TCS anything, well we can call it the beast unleashed
Hahah, yes.. This would be a great title for this video.
THE ABSOLUTE F#@KING FREAKING AWESOME MOTORCYCLE !!!!!!!!!!!

earl lawson How is the reliability of the bikes?
I love the way the small insect bezel over the light hasn't been properly painted on the back with one side being different to the other. lol.

Aber welche Kosten entstehen bei einer 2011 mit über 30.000km? Keine Händler! Weniger sogar als MV Händler!
Better then Monster 1100 EVO? I love the Design! But no traction and ABS with this Monster Torque! 🙈🤔

super review
Thank you so much!
Moto Morini is owned by the Chinese two-wheel manufacturer "CHINA ZHONGNENG VEHICLE GROUP CO.,LTD. " So much for your "Pure Italian Motorcycle!"
