This was by far, THE most informative guide I have watched concerning any dungeon. I cannot stress enough how much you have helped hone in my tanking skills with this dungeon, and your insight is bar none. Thank You!
For every person that gets your battle shout while in combat you get additional threat for each person that benefits from the buff including the healer.
Vanilla Rivendare 10 man was an hard fight compared to Drakkisath in UBRS....but the last boss on Living side is a practical joke...the trash before him were the actual challenge
Gosh I love vanilla, I'm excited for a fresh server soon hopefully. You think you'll play again man? Or has Brunt half-a-ton Mistrunner achieved all the WoW glory his heart has desired.
Do people really not CC anymore and just face tank pulls? We used to CC in Vanilla whenever possible and it just minimizes the chaos and healer mana and made runs quicker.
people play the game VERY differently these days, sadly :P remember when all classes actually used their dungeon set - and it was considered a great achievement to have the entire set? people get laughed at if they do that these days. it's all about spell damage, +healing and +hit these days. which is why most warriors look like rogues and most casters run around with a mix of BWL epics and green items with +spell damage, and most tanks use dual wielding and +crit gear :P
im french and thanks you for this guid , with gameplay and you explain for every skills used thanks :) if you can doo for Fury tank too :) its really good too . Merci beaucoups :) if you can share maccros ^^"
A larger aggro radius by level is a myth, it has not only been proven to be a myth blizzard said it is a myth, It has nothing to do with the radius. A lower lever will pull easily but it has to do with percentages of agro, not how close you are, This is why a level 60 can walk right true a level 30 and not pull because the agro percentage does not go off. I will explain it this way a low level will not pull unless they cross the threat box but if they do cross it they will pull 100% of the time. Now a level 57 crossing a level 56-57 threat box for a second might not trip the meter, if you notice that same level pull slower, it is all about tripping an agro meter not how close you are to the mob. For another example let's say a mob has a 10' agro box and the mob is lvl 40 if a lvl 30 even touches the box it will pull ASAP. but if a lvl 40 touches the box it might take three clicks for Agro to trip. both must cross the same 10' box but one will trip it fast the other must add up some threat first to trip the meter by staying in the box for a few clicks. clicks are every 0.35 sec. now let's say a lvl 60 walks inside that lvl 40 10' box it might take 1.5 sec or more for it to trip because that is how agro works in the game. the stronger you are to the mob the less threat you generate the slower you will trip the mob's threat meter once you pass the agro box. The weaker you are compared to the mob the faster you will trip again once you cross into the box. The hitbox is much smaller than the threat box. Not all NPC have the same size threat box. example Elites have much larger boxes.

As a warrior I get bashed for not tanking, but I just find it far more stressful than dpsing.
It's a game. Played for fun. Not stress.
@@Imperial_Boltgun exactly bud!
@@Traceless I think you misunderstood me. I am an epic facetanker. Its only a game, no need to get stressed about it.
@O K now that I have 6 piece T2 and suitable weapons it's a far better experience :)
