This reminds me of fireworks store where the owner gives out free brown paper bags full of fireworks. He says he does it so that everyone can have fun in the 4th no matter your financial situation. He’s a good guy. And these bags are stuffed! They have fountains, novelties, crackers, zippers etc.
Sounds like a great guy with a true Pyro spirit. Would love to meet him!

California does not allow shipping of any fireworks (just novelties) and thats why if you find any place that ships them here you cant tell people or someone will find out and shut them down.

CodyBPyrotechnics The one with the report is not legal because reports are EXPLOSIVE ! Anything with the Safe and Sane logo is legal here and I’m sure that tank didn’t have it.
Those morning glory sparklers aren't like the ones I used to get. The ones I used to get had like 3 different effects. One of the effects was little crackling balls that would shoot out.
i love 500g cakes, ball shells, canister shells, and all the big stuff. but i honestly have the most fond memories from little fireworks like these

5:03 i bought a 100 pack of these and i unwrapped the paper on all of them and took the little sparkler stick out and taped them all together to make a mega fountain. it was so hot it melted a divot into my cement
I allways love these 'small goodies' as a starter on new years eve. I miss the old school 90's packages with the old labels for that matter.

I’ve actually had better luck with the metal stick sparklers. Cut off the excess metal, bundle 1,000 and wrap in 1.5” of electrical tape. They sparkle pretty quickly.

I would combine some of the whistling pete powder and mix it in with the crackling ball pellets then put it back in the green ball close it up and wrap with duck tape. Light the fuse then use a tennis racquet to hit it in the air. You get a report with the crackle. Growing up in oregon that's what we had to work with.

When I was young,I would remove the paper and stick,from the morning glory. I would then get a empty box of matches,rub the tube till the powder came loose,and poor that into the box. And finally,I would put a match in,close the box,and light the match with another box. And watched what happened.

Sadly in Colorado these are semi illegal. All you can do is buy them but all you can do without fear of a big fine is the poppers (champagne, magnum and snappers) and sparklers. Everyone does get illegal ones but once cops come around the show is over.
I once got a fireworks fountain with crackling and the label was a different brand ontop it was a branded firework and then I peeled the label off and it had a picture of harly quin
I had a ftn called silvery , i dont think they make them any more. It was a cone that went up to 25 feet like the old crackling silver dragons but no noise

I live in NY but it's odd how the law respects, the law, such as someone lighting mortars in the city Vs the country. I live in the country where neighboring houses are about 40-50m away so the use of larger fireworks is often ignored by police. Although when I lived in a more suburban area I had the cops called twice in three years lol
Any cone fireworks if you tear them apart there is to like concrete or heavy concrete on a bottom of it so I kind of tricked people that there's a lot of gunpowder inside those cones out and they do believe they're not in the gunpowder in them. I have been tricked and some cones fountain.
